Getting close to the summer tree season!

In only a couple of weeks we will be in full operation.   I have a feeling this year will be especially dry with increased fire danger and increased beetle kill.   We are only around 65% of normal for snow pack for this time of year and a lot of snow has melted already down near lake level.  The beetle activity may start sooner than normal leading to an increase in dead and diseased trees.   Still the best defense for this is proper forest thinning and spraying to control the beetles and to protect your most valued trees!
Spring is one of the best times to get your tree work and pruning done, schedule now before we get really busy!!

  1. Wow, it seems like it would be really cool to be an arborist in Calgary. Where do I sign up?
